The house
The house has been totally refurbished so everything is new including a large open plan kitchen/diner overlooking the garden with all new appliances, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils - everything you could possibly need. The lounge has a 40 inch flat screen Smart TV with Virgin media, Tivo box and netflix with patio doors opening onto a lovely sunny private patio and garden with bbq ideal for the summer.
The house has free washing machine and tumble dryer. Off-street parking plus unrestricted parking on the road is available. All bills, weekly cleaner and gardener included.
Great location in a lovely, safe road within walking distance (20-25 mins) of Woking town centre & Main line Station and only minutes away from where the McLaren shuttle bus goes from.
