The house is a modern 4-bed split level flat on the Park side, Sheen. The room is fully furnished with quality furniture.
There is a communal bathroom and 1 kitchen in the house which is shared by three professional sharers. The fourth room is ensuite so does not need to share the communal bathroom.
There are currently three Professional tenants and we are looking to replace the fourth housemate leaving for personal reasons.
The existing housemates are two welcoming ladies and a guy in their 20/30s. Everyone respects each others space and has their own lives but still enjoy a catch up over a drink. The room is a spacious quiet upstairs double.

The broadband speed is good too.
