Barlow fishery is situated to the north of the sought after village of Barlow. The property is situated in a picturesque rural setting with views overlooking the surrounding open countryside. Directions

The fishery is located in the village of Barlow on the B6051, mid way between Chesterfield and Owler Bar near Sheffield. From the centre of Chesterfield, at the roundabout, head north west along the B6051 towards Barlow. Follow the road out of Chesterfield and take the first exist on the roundabout. Continue along Newbold Road, into Newbold, continuing forward over the various mini roundabouts and through Upper Newbold. Once through Upper Newbold, follow the B6051 to Barlow and continue where the road merges into Mills Cross Lane. Take a right hand turning onto Smeltinghouse Lane and continue along the road and keep straight, over the bridge and the car park will be on the left hand side indicated by our ‘for sale’ board.

Deposits And Completion

The successful purchaser will be required to pay a deposit of 10% of the sale price upon the fall of the hammer.
