Property Description

Are you are looking for a versatile & deceptively large 4 double bedroom family home that’s priced to sell, centrally located in Buckley, 2 generous reception rooms could easily be altered into one huge lounge, gas central heating, plenty of parking & large garden…….Then this really is the NewHome4U

Come to our office for free Independent mortgage advice or just email or even ‘call': Do you like the photos? Well may be you would you like to view this home personally…..The good thing about NewHome4U is, we open 7 days a week and we’re physically in the office 4U just so that you can, ‘’like no other estate agent in Mold’

Situated as the name suggests, just off Nant Mawr Road, this impressive home sits at the head of a ‘T’ shaped cul-de-sac with a spacious shared parking area to the front. The centre of town is easily accessible from here, as is the nearby major road network for those occasions when commuting is necessary.

The left hand half of a pair of large semi detached homes, built by Flintshire County Council in the days when builders wore flat caps and knew their business! The home also has the benefit of a large rear garden with hard standing, suitable for a garage if needed, which would still leave a generously sized space for the family to enjoy summer bbq’s and then with its four double bedrooms, all this home needs now, is its new family.

Approaching the home via the concrete driveway with lawn alongside, we find a semi-glazed wooden front door which gives access to the hallway. Here, the attractive and thoroughly practical ceramic tiled floor acts as a barrier keeping muddy boots out of the carpeted inner sanctum. Immediately on out right is the lounge.

This is a well lit and cosy room providing a peaceful haven for TV watching and just relaxing. If it has a fault some may feel it is a little too cosy, without the great expanse of space the size of the home may lead you to expect. However there is a possibility to address this criticism, because adjacent to here and overlooking the rear of the home is another lounge, this one approaching twice its size. If open space is your thing, removing the wall would provide a truly enormous room but on the other hand, some will prefer the versatility of having two separate rooms providing different things. It all depends on the individual needs of your family but if choice is a luxury, this is a very luxurious home.

On the left, beneath the stairs is the door to the family bathroom. This is a well equipped and cleverly laid out room making the most of the available space. Attractively tiled throughout from floor to ceiling and warmed by a vertical towel rail/radiator, the suite features the expected pedestal hand basin, lavatory and bath with a glass protective screen for the electric shower above.

To the rear of the home we find the kitchen. This is a very attractive and carefully fitted room, with its full ceramic floor and light wood fronted units, topped with fashionable grey work tops and their tiled splash backs. A washing machine and tumble drier fit beneath two of the units while one wall easily accommodates space for a vast American fridge freezer. The cooker is a stand-alone electric model but as gas is already in the house and powering the gas combi central heating, this could be changed if electric is preferred.

Stepping through the back door onto the side drive, it is obvious that this has at one time been used for parking, as it is raised above the level of the main garden. The hard standing would provide an ideal foundation for a garage, still leaving room for a patio area where the family can laze away their summer afternoons. The rest of the garden is divided into two sections, each at different levels and comprised of a mixture of grass and decorative gravel.

Returning indoors and climbing the stairs we find the central landing from where, to our immediate left is the first of the bedrooms. This is kept delightfully light and airy by its twin aspect windows overlooking the front and side respectively and while not a huge room, would make a luxurious single or at a pinch, a small double room.

Adjacent to here and facing the rear of the home is another bedroom, where size is simply not an issue. This room accommodates a king sized double bed and all the associated free standing bedroom furniture you could need, yet still leaves large amounts floor space.

Next to here and also facing the rear we find a slightly smaller bedroom. Still a comfortable double, able to swallow everything necessary to keep you comfy, this room also houses a large walk in cupboard containing the gas combi boiler that powers the heating.

And finally, we discover the front facing master bedroom where the feeling of space continues. This has a large picture window, the views from which along the cul-de-sac keep it bright. It provides sufficient space for two large wardrobes, a dressing table, chest of drawers, two bedside tables and of course the double bed. If that is not worthy of the title ‘master bedroom’, I don’t know what is.
