I have owned the property for many years and purchased as a buy to let. I have always found the house easy to let and often the tenants have stayed for a long time. As my previous tenants have now left after almost 14 years, I feel that it is now the right time to sell.

I had considered refurbishing the house, but felt that the new owners would want to put their own mark on their home.
