The rest of the room is given over to a ‘U’ shaped kitchen featuring light wood coloured units which provide generous amounts of storage, space for fridge and plumbing for washing machine. A picture window and glass panelled back door provide the light and make this a very pleasant room, just as the heart of the home should be. Beside the window, a Worcester combi gas boiler sits on the wall and powers the central heating and provides all the hot water.

Stepping through the back door puts us in the garden. This has a small set of steps up onto the lawn, which is in turn surrounded by mature hedges and border shrubs. At the top of the garden is an area of slate chippings which lead to the right of way path around the perimeter of the garden next door and out onto the road.

Moving back indoor to the hallway, we climb the stairs to find the bathroom immediately in front of us. This is a neat and compact room. Alright…. It’s a small room. Having said that, it provides everything you could wish for; a vertically mounted heated radiator / towel rail for those chilly mornings, hand basin, lavatory and bath with a mains powered shower over, thanks to the combi boiler.

Adjacent to here is the second bedroom. Like the bathroom this is compact…. Oh all right, small. However it is big enough to make a comfortable single bedroom or child’s hideaway and has the added advantage of making the master bedroom all the larger.....You could take some of the master bedroom away an make this room bigger, and at not too much expense.

The main bedroom faces the front to the home and is able to utilise the additional width of the home by spreading out over the hallway, making a very comfortably sized room. This is well able to accommodate a large double bed and all the accompanying furniture you can imagine.
