Directions

Coming from Wardlow, at the end of the junction turn left onto the A623. Follow the road until you reach the ‘Anchor Inn’ and turn right, bear immediately left onto Washhouse Bottom, stay on the road for approximately 1 mile and the land is situated on the right hand side as indicated by our For Sale board.

Approximately 4.70 acres is grazing land and the remainder (8.37 acres) is fenced woodland with species including semi mature Scots Pine, Beech, Sycamore and Larch. Located on the site are historic structures from High Rake Mine.
