It is to be noted that the council in their correspondence in the above Planning Application have stated that A timber framed House as planned "is not the only type of property we would consider for this site"
There are drawings of a modern "upside down house" that was also considered, with a glass frontage to take advantage of the amazing views of the 450acre historic Mote Park in front of the land.
