When I bought this property 22 years ago, it ticked every single box for me. Having such a large and spacious main bedroom along with a great size second double bedroom and also the quiet street with lovely communal gardens made this seem like the perfect home. Having my own front door was also really a selling point for me.

The fact that Sutton mainline train station was only a short walk away made home/work life so much easier and why I stayed here for so long!
I will be sad to see this property go, however, it's time for a new owner to now put their own stamp on it and fall in love with it as much as I did.
