This large period property was built in 1890 and has a prominent position to the green itself which is home to the second oldest cricket club in the world. This is a quiet location, but within walking distance you can access the many restaurants and shops on the High Road. As you go through the front door the kitchen and bathroom are on the left and right. With a large space giving ample room for living and sleeping. These days it's easy to get a fold- away bed so that the space can be utilised well, if you so wish the space could be used for all of your furniture. The maisonette is in good order and as its located at the rear, so when you walk out of the door the view is of the large communal garden, this means in the warmer months I am sure it would be put to good use for barbecues or just to relax and read a book. To the rear of the garden there are parking spaces and Glebe Avenue which runs down the side of the building has no parking restrictions either.

We absolutely loved living in Woodford Green as it has the perfect balance with local amenities and leafy green area's. The location is very peaceful and it's nice to be at the back overlooking the rear garden. Parking was never a problem, we actually found due to the location we often didn't need a car.

You can walk to Woodford station in less than fifteen minutes and there are some lovely restaurants on the Broadway and on the High Road for a meal out or catch up with friends. We have since moved on and this has been a good investment flat for us but now as we have moved out of the area, it's time to let this one go.
