We've owned this property for 14 years as an investment property and it has served me well.

Being such a generous size and in a central yet quiet location has meant I have never struggled to find a tenant, and with the service charges being so reasonable the yield return to myself as a landlord has been great. I think this property would be perfect for another Landlord like myself or alternatively a first time buyer looking for a sizeable home.
