Property Description

Are you looking for a modern well equipped 3 bedroom family home which is beautifully presented, a stylish kitchen / diner, luxurious en-suite, garage, located in a quiet cul-de-sac, perfect for a young family as it's within walking distance of the local schools…..Then we really do have a NewHome4U

Come to our office for free Independent mortgage advice or just email or even ‘call': Do you like the photos? Well may be you would you like to view this home personally…..The good thing about NewHome4U is, we open 7 days a week and we’re physically in the office 4U just so that you can, ‘’like no other estate agent in Mold’

Sitting on a large corner plot in a quiet residential area, this modern semi detached home offers flexible and comfortable accommodation, satisfying the needs of any growing family. A broad open plan front garden sits alongside a long driveway leading past the side of the home towards the detached garage. Although it remains to be seen how often this garage is used to actually contain a car, as the driveway itself is long enough to hold at least four vehicles, but at least you know you will never be short of storage space….

A wooden semi glazed front door allows us into the hallway with its high quality wood laminate flooring where, immediately on our right is the downstairs cloakroom. This is always a useful feature, providing not only storage for coats and shoes but also a pedestal hand basin and lavatory.

Crossing the hall we find the lounge. This is a good sized room easily providing enough space for large items of furniture and kept light and airy by the picture window overlooking the front garden.

Following the hall to the rear of the home brings us into the kitchen / dining room. This comes as a pleasant surprise in what appears from the outside a compact home, offering a comprehensively equipped ‘U’ shaped kitchen area containing everything you could need. One arm of the ‘U’ forms a dividing border between the two halves of the room, with the dining section providing sufficient space for a full dining table beside the double French doors which open out onto the patio area of the enclosed rear garden. The impressive scale of this room is a little unexpected, but none the less welcome for that and helps to make this an excellent family home.

The garden provides a very pleasant space for generally chilling with a well deserved drink at the end of a long day on the large patio, or for al fresco dining courtesy of the permanent bbq built in brick at the sheltered end of the detached garage. A generously sized lawn completes the scene and makes this the ideal garden for children to play safely while busy parents are occupied elsewhere.

Moving back into the hall, we pass the ubiquitous under the stairs cupboard that contains all the many piles of ‘stuff’ that all homes accumulate sooner or later, before we come to the stairs.
These lead up to the broad landing where, immediately in front of us is the rear facing smallest bedroom. Adding to the home’s qualifications as family accommodation this is currently in use as a nursery, a role it fulfils very well indeed. Having said that, it is adequately large to take a single bed and any necessary storage units, so as the child grows they will still be comfortable.

Adjacent to here is the other rear facing bedroom and this is an altogether different proposition. With a large picture window this is a very comfortable room, capable of taking a double bed if necessary or if catering for more children, a set of bunks and as many chests of drawers and wardrobes as they could need.

Next along the landing, is the family bathroom. This contains a large airing cupboard offering linen storage and housing the pressurised hot water tank. There is an attractive wood laminate floor and the suite comprises pedestal hand basin, lavatory and bath. Everything is neat and well kept and, being in the centre of the home feels warm, snug and welcoming.

Moving to the front of the home we find the master bedroom. This is deceptively large, made all the more so by the enormously deep fitted cupboards on our left as we enter and finally, the icing on the cake. Another door leads into the en-suite, comprehensively equipped with a large heated towel rail / radiator, a pedestal hand basin, lavatory and a corner mounted walk in shower. This is mains water powered, via the pressurised hot water tank, ensuring that you get properly wet, unlike some of the feeble electric versions and guaranteed to blow the cobwebs away.
