At the end of this tenancy this property will automatically be professionally cleaned at no additional charge to the tenants. This is to ensure students are getting as much of their deposit back as possible. However items such as excessive cleaning, rubbish removal, arrears charges, damages or unpaid utilities may be claimed against the deposit.
