Each tenant over the age of 18 is required to complete an application.

We require two forms if id & references per applicant.
If you have a successful application to move into the property you will require one months rent in advance and months rent as deposit. A further administration charge of £90.00 is required once you have secured the property.

A Guarantor is mandatory. The Guarantor must be a home owner. We use the Land Registry database to check all guarantors. Guarantors must also sign the tenancy on our premises with a witness (Bakewell & Horner) providing photographic id in both cases.
