On the day the Tenancy commences the Tenant(s) will pay Richard Kendall £185 including VAT. This charge contributes to the preparation of the Tenancy Agreement, with a one-to-one meeting of an explanation of terms on the day of sign-up, registering the deposit and supplying a photographic inventory for the property.
