We bought this house from new and had a choice so we picked this one for the position as it had a bigger garden than the others plus it has a brick built wall rather than a fence. We also love the fact the lounge/dining area has 3 bay windows bringing in a lot of natural light as well as the car barn behind which has room for 2 cars.
We have loved it here but due to personal reasons we are relocating to be nearer to our family. Most of all we will miss our neighbours as they are and have been perfect.
