This is almost like a private courtyard setting, or at least that’s how I saw it, and I liked it a lot.

Pulling up in the allocated parking you can sense the peace and quiet and almost forget how close town you are, just a short walk.

The paved area immediately outside lends itself to some pots and plants which break things up well and then walking inside you can instantly see how beautifully this home has been kept. The entrance hall takes your eye line straight through to the living room so the feeling of space is great, the continuous flooring really helps too and is a great look.

When I walked through to the main reception room, which can easily take a seating and dining area, I was even more impressed, this space is fantastic. The décor is clean and simple and the current owner’s furniture looks great as the features within the room but you can easily see how someone will fall in love with this space. The flooring which continues from the entrance hall is again lovely and gives a warm look and feel. Patio doors and window then gives access and views to the gardens.

The garden is another really lovely feature to this home and again quite a surprise to have something this established in the town. The large deck which runs along the rear of the house is a great feature, plenty of room to sunbathe, dine or entertain. This then steps down onto a lawn area all of which is enclosed by fence work. For me it was again the privacy and peace and quiet that was so noticeable with open views and some established trees.
