We modernised our home to a very high standard and it is very spacious throughout, perfect for a large family. Having a utility room is great for keeping all the appliances out of view and we can sit in the kitchen/diner with a coffee and not worry about talking over a noisy washing machine.
The other feature that is perfect for when you have guests is the ground floor cloakroom. When you are having a dinner party there is no need for everyone to keep going upstairs, disturbing any younger children that may be sleeping.
We have been very happy here for many years and are only moving as it is time for us to downsize.
