It has been a few years now since I first stepped through the front door of this place. I was attracted to the size and also the location, and it was affordable at the time. Having lived here now one thing is for sure, it is really quiet along the road simply because it is a dead end.

In addition to the above I also love the fact that it has a downstairs cloakroom which comes in handy on those occasions when I have visitors, so at least my upstairs can remain private.

The elevated position gives me an opportunity to enjoy the scenic outlook over the valley and it really comes to life on bonfire night which is a great picture.

If you have to use the M2/A2 motorway on a regular basis for work, it is pleasing to know that you have not got far to go before you can hop on it.

The property has served me well but it is a family home and the time has now come for me to move on.
