After first seeing our home ten years ago, we knew instantly it was what we had been searching for. It has been a fantastic place to live, with the area giving us everything we want as a family. Getting into Brighton takes no time at all and the nearby schools have been great for our children. The neighbours are so friendly and there is a real community feel to the road. One of the many things that we shall miss is our amazing roof terrace, which we have spent many long sunny days sitting and relaxing on, whilst enjoying the stunning views we have here. An opportunity has come up now, which has now meant we are looking to relocate. We shall be beginning a new chapter in our lives and although we are excited about this, we shall be sad to leave our home.
