We have loved living here. There is plenty of peace and quiet all around, but we are still close to the important things like public transportation and shops.

A very large Tesco is about a five minute drive from the house by the station in Highams Park, which is really good. For great family days out, hiking in Epping Forest is a brilliant alternative and so convenient to do. We believe that whatever family moves into our home will absolutely be satisfied with the house and the area.

We would not move ourselves, but our family is now raised and we need to downsize
