Owners opinion
We have lived here since new and were initially attracted by the location and the fact that we could move straight in, knowing there wasn't any immediate work to do.

Since moving in, we opted to knock the garage into the kitchen diner to make more of the downstairs space. This has provided us with a play area for our daughter and extra entertaining space. We have also landscaped the rear garden to really finish the house off.

We are now looking to move on, but hope to stay in the area as it is so convenient for all local amenities.
