I was looking for a property that I could let out as I was living in France but knew that I was going to be returning to the UK eventually so it also needed to be a place that I could call home.
After looking at a number of properties I came to see this one and was instantly impressed by the position and parking. The space inside was exactly what I needed and the garden was very manageable. As soon as I noticed the views I knew I had to have it. It has rented out with ease and I was fortunate enough to have excellent tenants so when I arrived back from France I was able to move back in straight away without carrying out any major work.
I will be sad to leave but the time has come for me to move closer to family.
