Owners opinion

I have lived here for over 14 years. I was initially attracted by the layout and how naturally bright the house was. Over the years I have maintained the property with some new windows and a new boiler being installed within the last few years.

I have found the location to be very useful, especially having the supermarket so close by. It is also very easy for accessing the main roads for access in and out of Worthing.

As I already have another property to move to, I will be selling the house with no onward chain.
