We have loved living in this home and it is with a heavy heart that we have put it up for sale. Our move is purely driven by a need to relocate in order to reduce a very long commute to Wiltshire.

As soon as we viewed this house we knew we would be happy here as it has such a lovely, homely feel. The large kitchen diner and sitting area has been fantastic for family life as it means we can have eyes on our toddler while we are cooking and it’s such a wonderful, sociable space for gatherings. The separate sitting room at the front of the house gets such a lot of light in the day time and is then perfect for a cosy evening away from the chaos of kids toys!

Our daughter absolutely loves the big garden, she can run around and kick a ball to her heart’s content and we are comfortable in the knowledge that it’s a safe space for her. The garden backs onto another long garden so it doesn’t feel at all overlooked and is a really lovely place for a barbecue in the summer.

From the bedrooms at the back of the house the view is beautiful as you can only see gardens and the big windows and Juliette balcony in our bedroom on the top floor are perfect for taking advantage of that.

The location here is brilliant as it’s only a 15 minute walk into Solihull centre with all its amenities but there are also 2 local shops within a few minutes walk for a pint of milk. There are very good schools nearby and a lovely playground just 5 minutes walk away. This has been perfect for getting out and about with the pushchair.

We intended this to be a long term home and will be sad to move from here. We know that whoever gets to make this house their home next will be just as happy as we have been.
