To the left is the door to the lounge. This is a very large and comfortable room, measuring 15’ by over 24’ into the dining area. If that is not enough for you, you’re being greedy. The bay window ensures plenty of light, while the quality wood laminate flooring offers beauty and the practicality of being very easy to keep clean. There is an electric ‘log burner’ which manages to look more convincing than many of the look-alikes by the addition of a flue feeding into the wall behind it. In addition to the bay window, the set of French doors in the dining area maintains a good level of light through to the dining room end of the room. To the end of the room, the back door opens into the garden.

This large space is mainly given over to lawn, with a paved area abutting the home and further paving running down to the substantial garden storage shed. The whole is fenced, with a gate in one side opening to the frontal parking area.

Back indoors and climbing the stairs we come immediately to the bathroom. Like the kitchen this has been recently installed and done so with a great deal of taste. Tiled from floor to ceiling in grey marble effect, with a heated towel rail/radiator, the suite comprises pedestal hand basin, lavatory and bath with a shower over.

Adjacent to here and also facing the rear of the home, is one of the larger bedrooms. This is already a comfortably large double room which further maximises its available space by virtue of the one entire wall of fitted wardrobes.

Moving towards the front of the home we find the largest bedroom, again featuring large fitted wardrobes. The advantage of these is not simply the storage they provide, but the floor space they free up because it is not needed for normal pieces of furniture.

Finally we come to the smallest bedroom. This, unlike so many of its type in three bedroom homes is capable of accommodating a double bed, although further space for furniture would be at something of a premium. However this in itself is very unusual as all too often these rooms are only suitable for leprechauns with low expectations while here, a whole family of the little fellers would be quite content.
