I saw the potential within a few moments of walking in the front door. Initially it was the position that drew me to the property. It's an extremely quiet part of Arundel and since owning the property I found the neighbours are really friendly, many of them have lived in their homes for years.
I had initially bought the property to live in, which is why cost hasn't been a consideration while improving the property but have seen something else since, which has taken my eye.
