"We’ve loved our time in Walthamstow. The house has been an ideal base for us to have our two kids. The neighbourhood is so quiet and safe, and with a great deal of like-minded people in similar stages of life. We just need to set foot outside the house and we’ve bumped into people we know. The proximity to the great Orford Road shops, cafes and restaurants makes popping out a treat. Our closest pub, The Castle is 2 minutes away and has great food, beer and friendly atmosphere. Being just 10 minutes from Walthamstow Central provides such speedy access into town, which can feel like a life away given the quietness here in Cromwell Road. The local nurseries and primaries are lovely places for kids to go and consistently achieve good reports."
