Coming from the North or the South, follow the A68 to Newtown St. Boswells.
From the North take the A68 South through Earlston and continue towards St. Boswells. Approximately one and a half miles before St. Boswells you will reach the first turn off to Newtown St. Boswells.
Take the 2nd turning into the town, by the Milestone Garden Centre and bear right into the town. Proceed forward and down the hill before climbing back up into the centre of the town.
Pass the turning onto Tweedside Road on your right, and Linwood is through the archway on your right-hand side, immediately after the newsagent, and before Old Station Court. The entrance is on the left as you come through the archway.

From the South take the A68 North through St. Boswells and you will reach the first turn off to Newtown St. Boswells. Take the first turning into the town, by the Milestone Garden Centre and follow the aforementioned directions.
