I nearly did not view this house and I am so glad that I did. A soon as I walked into the house it was so much bigger than I expected. The lounge has so much room for two large sofas and the space just continues as you walk around. The main bedroom is so big that I can have my own sofa and television whilst enjoying a bit of peace and quiet from the family.
Having the regenerated Ashburton Park opposite is great for the children so they can run and play to let off steam - throughout the year there are various fetes, circuses and fireworks. I will be said to leave but I am sure the new owners will be very happy here.
