I've been here for over 29 years and it's a great property. What attracted me to this place back then was the location, space and it was also within my budget at the time. They were built back in the day for the naval officers so all the rooms are of good sizes. They are also pretty sound and well built houses too with proper walls, so that when you hang a picture, it stays up!
I have made changes over the years to the property and some of which will need doing again, however, one of the best ones is adding the log burner. It provides a real cosy feeling in the lounge especially in the winter months.
I also love the fact that the shop is within walking distance in case I need to grab any last minute bits and the road itself along here is pretty quiet. The outlook is also lovely.
It has been a great home for me and my family and I do hope it is the same for the new owners.
