"We moved into this house with a 1 & 3 year old and it has been our family house ever since. As the children grew older we carried out a loft extension to provide more room for all of us. We have created the garden which has given us enormous pleasure and as a family we love this little oasis just off the Lea Bridge Road. The area is dynamic and constantly developing and many young families are moving in attracted by improved public transport and local facilities. Our children went to the local Schools and as a family we have enjoyed the easy access to Walthamstow Village for restaurants, Epping Forest for the countryside and the Lea Valley Nature reserve for a local walk. Our neighbours are friendly and there is a good sense of community, many of them moved in before we did in 2000. If we weren’t emigrating to New Zealand we would happily continue living here."
