As we walked through the house, the rooms were much bigger than we anticipated, which was helped by the higher than average ceilings. There were also plenty of features including the period fireplaces and an open fire in the lounge.

We like that Smallfield has maintained its village feel with activities for the both young and old in the village hall. There is a great selection of local shops, a good school and local pub with a beer garden. What more could you want?
