"I have lived in my current house for just over 5 years and have been very happy here. I bought the property for a number of reasons. It is in a quiet cul de sac in a nice neighbourhood. It has a garden that is attached to the house (as so many one bed houses have detached gardens) - I love the conservatory which leads straight from the lounge into the secluded rear patio garden. I also wanted a garage – the garage is a very reasonable size and near to the house, and there is also a drive in front of the garage (and there is the opportunity for more parking on the piece of land next to the garage). Further, the property is situated near the motorway and also not far from the Medway towns. I am sad to leave, but I now have 2 young grandchildren and need a second bedroom for when they come to stay"
