What the seller loves: This house holds many happy memories, many family and friends came to visit us and to enjoy Chester as they could easily walk into town. Having guests was very easy as we could keep our own privacy upstairs while friends had theirs on the ground floor guest room. We had many BBQs no matter the weather as the canopy was keeping us dry and our wonderful neighbours were always first on the guest list. As foodies we enjoyed cooking for many friends and enjoyed their company around the table. Driving in and out the house when the races (or any other major events in town) are on is also easy as the backroads will take you without having to struggle with traffic. In 5 minutes we were able to be at Tesco Express and Morrisons. The 5 minutes walk to our gp and 5 minutes drive to the hospital was also a big advantage when our child was born.
